Returns and Warranties

We want you, the customer, to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We understand that you may change plans after your order has been placed and the time it arrives at your door. We provide a credit return policy that extends for 30 days after the time of purchase. Please read the following guidelines and instructions if you need to return any merchandise.
Returns:

  • You must call for a return authorization number.
    • This number must be written on the package/shipping label, as does the invoice number.
  • All merchandise must be in new condition.
    • Tires must not be driven on.
    • Wheels must not have been mounted on a vehicle.

Special Instructions for Wheel Returns:

  • Use the original packaging material, if damaged please call for instructions.
  • Secure center cap and lug bolts/nuts in a separate bag and tape securely to the inside of the box.
  • Wheel must have a foam sheet pad protecting the face of the wheel from cardboard chafing.
  • Remove any staples from the box. Use only tape when securing the box closed.

Special Instructions for Wheel & Tire Packages:

  • Use the original packaging material whenever possible, if packaging material is damaged please call for instructions.
  • Original packaging consists of:
    • Box the wheel came in (wheel box).
    • Foam layer is required to protect the face of the wheel from cardboard chafing.
    • Padded envelope containing lug hardware.

Damaged Goods:
Every effort has been made to assure that your order arrives at your door in new condition. All shipping and/or damage claims must be made within 5 days of receiving them. In the event of damage please call us (1-877-722-4886) and the carrier (DHL, UPS, etc...) immediately. ALL merchandise is shipped and insured for full value and the responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier. Please package the item(s) back in the original packaging for the shipper to pick up. New replacement items will be sent out as soon as possible.

Refunds:
A full credit will be issued if any of the following conditions are met: If these conditions are not met a 20% restocking fee will be imposed.

Wrong merchandise is received.
Merchandise is defective.
Merchandise does not properly fit your vehicle and fitment was approved by Achtuning.com.

Wheels:

  • Credit less all freight charges.
  • Wheels must not have been mounted on a vehicle.
  • Wheel & Tire Packages:
  • Credit less all freight charges and $40.00 for dismounting and cleaning.
  • Special order items are non-refundable.

Suspension components:

  • Credit less all freight charges.
  • Special order items are non-refundable.
  • Must be in original packaging.
  • Suspension parts must not have been installed on a vehicle.

European Parts:

  • Credit less all freight charges.
  • Special order items are non-refundable.

Warranty Policy

APR Dealers strives to offer only top quality merchandise. We recognize that occasionally a product may be found to be defective. We will make every effort to work with the customer to rectify these situations. Our standard warranty period is for one year from the date of purchase.

Coverage & Exclusions:

  • We will gladly replace all parts deemed defective.
  • We do not warranty any part that has become defective due to faulty installation or abuse in any way.
  • We can not accept responsibility for any inconvenience or loss encountered by the use of a defective part.
  • We reserve the right to withhold refund or exchange until the defective part has been completely examined and tested by the manufacturer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refund of core charges when the core returned is in unacceptable condition.
